Welcome to the Library

Dive Into Our Ocean Library

Dive into our Ocean Library!  You'll follow a seashell path to an underwater paradise where you'll discover sea turtles, dolphins, rays, and orca whales.  But beware of the shark!  He swims around the library reminding us all to use quiet voices and walking feet.

Our 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade oceanographers have begun an underwater journey with Captain Nemo in the classic book,  20,000 Leagues Under the Sea.  Kindergarteners, 1st and 2nd grade marine biologists have followed Lio Lionni's Swimmy as he searched for a new home and taught a group of fish an important lesson - We are stronger together!

Navajo is a Dion's Club Read State Champion . . .Four Years Running!!

Navajo Does It Again

Five years ago, when the Dion's Club Read school competition began, Navajo was its first winner.  Now, five years later, Navajo has won four out of the five years.  This year, Navajo readers surpassed all previous records with a grand total of 475 reading logs completed.  In the Spring, Dion's rewarded every class with 100% participation with a pizza party.  This Fall, the Isotopes' Orbit will visit the school and celebrate with the students whose hard work paid off.  We are so proud of our Osos!
